• A group exploration and integration of the symbolic themes & tinctures that appear throughout the story into our personal lives – applied to romantic relationships… and all other aspects of life.

Simply put:
I will read the story along with the analyses of the symbolic themes.
Throughout the pages I will pause to hold space for those who desire to share how the words land, what the tinctures stir up, as well as any internal shifts/how your internal landscape is moved.

Stories break us free from fear and expectation, and remind us of our pure and authentic instinct and nature.
And nothing can bring us to the pockets of our unconscious the way fairytales can.
Through Fairytale, we enter the backdoor of the (Feminine) psyche and descend into the lands of our inner realm – our unconscious internal world. They serve as a natural form of therapy, guidance and space-holding.

This particular Inuit tale is an allegory for healing, rebirth, and the destructive and creative cycle of life.

• our willingness to confront difficult or frightening parts of ourselves, can lead to healing, wholeness, and renewed life and love.
• the fairytale can also be interpreted as a metaphor for the cycles of a relationship, where true love requires facing both the beautiful and the difficult aspects of another, self and of life itself.

As a therapist & coach, I will hold the space as well as offer some guidance as to how to dive deeper into what you uncover about yourself.

Who this is for:

• If you have been struggling in your relationship, your job or your life and you are open to trying a different and unconventional approach to working with yourself.
• The story and conversation will be held in English, but you do not need to be fluent.
• While the book is about the feminine psyche and archetypes, men are welcome to join too – and parts of the particular chapter even relate to men and masculine archetypes.
