The Learning Organization - A View of Dave Snowden's ASHEN Framework.

In the last 2022 events, we focused on strategy. With the new series starting in February, we will focus more on tools and practical techniques, such as System Thinking, Structured Problem Solving and others.
The learning organization has an unjustly dusty reputation. It has a taste for knowledge management - and knowledge management has too often consisted of a write-only database and continuing education.
Snowden's ASHEN framework shifts the focus from individuals to group action and the conditions that influence behavior.
