Growing Explorers - Second Hike of the Year

We are excited to invite you to join us for our monthly Growing Explorers Hiking Group. Second hike of the year is April 12.

This is a welcoming space for all to connect and enjoy the outdoors together. Whether you’re a family of one or many, young or young at heart, everyone is welcome, including furry friends.

We’ll gather at Kids Park Playground in Dellwood Park, then head out for a hike and explore. Along the way, we’ll share conversation and soak in the beauty of the forest and cliffside trails. We’d love to grow this community together one step at a time.

To help celebrate Earth Day, we are going to have an optional "Garbage Pick-Up Challenge." We will see who can pick up the most, the longest decomposing, and the coolest looking garbage. (Garbage bags and disposable gloves will be provided.)

Hiking Tips for Our Adventure:
🌞 Fun first, perfection later.
🌿 Adventure isn't linear - feel free to wander and wonder, hike together or branch off.
🌎 Respect the earth and trails.
