For our first meeting, I thought we could meet for a coffee/tea/matcha and bring a book you’re reading, a journal, a laptop, or anything else you’d like to spend some time with. The idea is to have a mixed session where we can connect with each other while also enjoying focused time doing our own thing, inspired by the Pomodoro technique.
11:00 – 11:20 Introductions
11:20 – 11:40 Small tarot ritual and sharing what we’re going to focus on during our solo time
11:40 – 12:30 Reading, writing, working, creating, or simply being (in silence)
12:30 – 12:50 Sharing circle: what we’ve been up to, how the session felt, and anything we enjoyed or found challenging
12:50 – 13:00 Short guided meditation or shared silence to close the session and gently land together. I can bring something from the Waking Up app, but if anyone would like to guide a short practice, they’re very welcome to.
I’m also really open to how this evolves over time!
This is a free gathering, but as we’ll be using the café space, I kindly ask everyone to support the venue by purchasing at least one drink.
As part of creating a mindful shared space, we’ll aim to stay mostly offline during the session, using phones only when necessary.
