About us
A recurring circle for women working in tech, business, and leadership across Berlin, built around one honest idea: growth happens faster together.
Each month we gather in a small, intentional group, up to 12 women, to explore a different theme that shows up in our professional lives, imposter syndrome, being the only woman in the room, burnout, career transitions, confidence in leadership, and more.
This is not corporate networking, and it is not a workshop where you sit and listen. It is a space to actually say the thing you have been carrying alone, and to hear that you are not the only one carrying it.
You do not need to prepare anything in advance. You do not need to have this all figured out. You just need to be willing to show up honestly.
