Intro to Growth @ Instacart

Instacart is an online grocery delivery platform. In this talk, we will share how Instacart Growth teams use growth levers to acquire new customers into their platform and activate them in a frictionless manner.
Speaker: Nirmal Selvaraj leads the Growth Acquisition and Activations team at Instacart. Prior to Instacart, Nirmal led the Growth teams at Amazon Music.

How Pinterest Measures SEO Experiment Impact

In this talk we will go over how Pinterest created a new SEO experimentation platform that tracks experiment performance from bot crawling all the way to user retention and long-term engagement. We will dive into experiment infrastructure design as well as methodologies used to analyze experiment data in a more robust and accurate way.

  • Kelly Xu is a Product Analyst leading the Growth Acquisition teams at Pinterest.

Scaling the Disney Streaming Offer Management Platform

In this talk, we will go over the challenges to manage the scale of subscribers for multiple products (Disney+, ESPN+, Star+ and Hulu) as seen by Disney Streaming. We will discuss Growth Lifecyle Engineering in Disney streaming at a high level and do a deep dive specifically on Offer and Product catalog management and highlight the various architectural patterns leveraged

Anshuman Nayak is a Principal Engineer at Disney Streaming and is helping with the vision for the Growth Lifecyle Engineering Domain & Services. Previously he has worked as one of the Lead Engineers in Ads Engineering and Marketing Infrastructure at Netflix
