How to implement Scrum for digital marketing? [Online session]

Scrum is an Agile framework that follows an incremental and iterative approach to development. It focuses on breaking large projects into small chunks, which allows for faster iteration, more work throughput, and better campaigns. Goals are defined and timeboxed, teams are small, self organized and come with a high degree of cross-function.

This allows marketing teams to:

  • Deliver results faster;
  • Increase market flexibility;
  • Improve priority management; and
  • Continuously optimize their resources.

But in spite of being light-weight and easy to understand, Scrum can be difficult to master.

For that reason, join us on Thursday, April 28 at 7 pm on an online Scrum coaching session with Mike Januszewski, an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, who will among other explain:

  • What pros and cons of applying Scrum to marketing are;
  • What the potential implementation traps are; and
  • What the good practices of running Scrum-practicing marketing teams are.

Mike will introduce these concepts and ways of working on a practical example of developing a (new) website. We will conclude the session with Q&A so that you can share your experience and ask Mike for guidance.
