Martina Viglietti - an Argentinian journalist, actor, and media creator currently based in Sweden. After starting her career in traditional media — including radio and television — she transitioned into communication work focused on podcasts, video podcasts, and social media storytelling. She has produced podcasts for companies and has hosted her own programs on travel, theatre, and cultural exchange between Argentina and Sweden. Her projects include the podcast Algunos Sures y Ciertos Nortes and her current video podcast Más 46, where she analyzes Swedish society alongside a Swedish journalist for a Spanish-speaking audience.
Christian von Essen who runs the podcast Heja Framtiden, where he invites futurists, writers, entrepreneurs and industry experts to discuss the future and how to make the world a better place. Over the course of eight years and 600+ episodes, the podcast has grown into a media platform including live events, newsletters, magazine projects and book publishing. Christian also freelances as journalist, editor, copywriter, speaker and moderator in the intersection between tech, business and impact.
Rut “Ruthie” Semere - a Stockholm native from the suburb of Tensta with roots in the highlands of Eritrea. She’s a trained civil economist with a Master’s in International Management from King’s College London, and spent a decade living and working in London. For over 12+ years, she built a global corporate career in media and biz development , working across advertising, digital marketing, partnerships, and sales with brands like NBC Universal, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, and ALMI.
Today, Ruthie runs her own business, Semere & Co focused on leadership, human development, and business growth. She works with clients around the world through coaching, public speaking, lecturing, and consulting. She’s also a 2x self-taught podcaster, the founder of the EriWellbeing podcast and the current creator and host of the Zanta podcast and co-founded @wocinbiznetwork, a global network for Women of Color in business.
She’s passionate about human development, innovation, and helping people and businesses grow in sustainable, purpose-driven ways.
Arnold Travieso - a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience spanning the music industry, record label production, and radio. His foundation in radio communication and production - mastering strategic, high-quality content, combined with his work producing records, naturally transitioned his passion into professional podcasting. He is the Director of Hela Din Podd (heladinpodd.se), an audio and video production startup specialising in podcasts and vodcasts. As a producer, his distinguished, integrated approach connects strategic content, high-quality host performance, and effective monetisation. The core focus of Hela Din Podd is generating significant Return On Investment (ROI) for brands. They achieve this by strategically facilitating advertising deals that forge authentic connections between brand messaging and target audiences. Travieso champions transcending conventional ad saturation through organic integration and genuine host endorsement, always prioritising strategic content to drive measurable results.
Narmina Abdolova - a Swedish entrepreneur, podcast host and interviewer dedicated to amplifying women’s voices.
