English description below.

Welcome to "Build & Connect" – the meetup for entrepreneurs ready to escape the operational hustle. Organized by Gründerio.

This free event is aimed primarily at entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals who already run their own business (or several) and are ready for the next step — from operator to strategic owner. Of course, you're also very welcome if you're still in the planning phase of going self-employed.

Here's what awaits you at our meetup:

🌟 Expert Talk: Emotion leads. Performance follows.

Your business only performs as well as you lead yourself. Especially under pressure, your mental and emotional patterns determine how clearly you decide and act.

Entrepreneurship means deciding before certainty exists. Staying focused, sitting with doubt, processing setbacks – while a lot can be going on beneath the surface. What stays unresolved inside eventually shows up operationally: in slower decisions, micromanagement, or dropping energy.

In her talk, Maja Dolinsek looks at the patterns that hold you back under pressure – and what it takes to decide more clearly and lead more steadily. Since 2019, she has worked with executives and leaders on emotional intelligence, self-leadership, and performance.

🤝 Real Connections: In a relaxed atmosphere, you can connect with like-minded people, exchange ideas, and learn from each other's experiences.

🍹 Chill Vibes: It's important to us that you feel comfortable and have fun. And if a new business connection or collaboration comes out of it — even better!

🚀 Our Goal: We don't just want to give you the chance to meet new people and build real connections — we also want to hand you practical insights that help you structure your business so it works for you, not the other way around.

We're looking forward to welcoming you at our next meetup in Vienna. Let's grow together and shape the journey from operator to owner.
