Los comienzos nos invitan a ir más allá de lo que pensamos que sabemos. A
despojarnos de las viejas pieles, los pasos obsoletos y los movimientos
ensayados. Aquí, practicamos la mente del principiante, una mente que está
bien despierta, abierta y lista para lo que se presente. Nos permitimos ser sin
pulir, en crudo, sin depurar, atreviéndonos a bailar con la torpe belleza del no saber.

En este taller, seguiremos los ritmos como corrientes, dejando que cada uno
nos lleve más profundo en el descubrimiento.
- El fluir nos guiará a suavizarnos
hacia nosotros mismos, a encontrar dónde comienza nuestro cuerpo.
- El staccato nos pedirá ser directos, forjar nuevos caminos y plantar intenciones
como semillas.
- El caos nos enseñará a rendirnos al pulso salvaje de la
creación, disolviendo los patrones que nos atan.
- El lírico nos elevará hacia el
misterio, donde aprenderemos a soñar con nuestro ser completo.
- Y en la quietud, escucharemos los susurros que llegan cuando finalmente nos
quedamos en silencio.

Esto no es solo un baile. Es una oportunidad para abrirnos a lo que está mas allá del límite de nuestra comodidad, para soñar con las nuevas formas que
pueden tomar nuestras vidas y establecer intenciones que estén arraigadas en
la profunda verdad de quienes somos.

Beginnings invite us to move beyond what we think we know. To shed the old skins,
the outdated steps, and the rehearsed moves. Here, we practice the beginner’s mind, a
mind that is wide awake, open, and ready for whatever unfolds. We allow ourselves to
be unpolished, raw, unrefined, daring to dance with the awkward beauty of not knowing.

In this workshop, we will follow the rhythms like currents, letting each one carry us
deeper into discovery.
- Flowing will guide us to soften into ourselves, to find where our
bodies begin.
- Staccato will ask us to be direct, to carve new paths, and to plant
intentions like seeds.
- Chaos will teach us how to surrender to the wild pulse of creation,
dissolving the patterns that bind us.
- Lyrical will lift us into the mystery, where we learn
to dream with our whole selves.
- And in Stillness, we will listen for the whispers that come when we finally become quiet.

This is not just a dance. It is a chance to open ourselves to what lies beyond the edge of our comfort, to dream into the new shapes our lives can take, and to set intentions that are rooted in the deep truth of who we are.
