CICLO: RITMOS CASA, ENCONTRANDO MI PROPIO RITMO (English below)

Hola bella Tribu,

En este nuevo año que ahora comenzamos, nada mejor que establecernos bien en nuestras bases, en nuestros potenciales internos, teniéndolos claros, para apoyarnos en ellos y desde ahí dar el salto con paso firme a todo lo que queramos manifestar. Desde ahí os invito a venir a vivir conmigo esta nueva propuesta, el Ciclo: “RITMOS CASA, ENCONTRANDO MI PROPIO RITMO”.

A veces la vida parece un torbellino, una danza constante entre lo que quiero ser y lo que el mundo espera de mí, una danza desordenada, un mundo acelerado, donde la constante presión por hacer más, ser mas y estar siempre al ritmo de los demás parece ser la norma.

Dentro de este ruido constante, hay algo profundo y liberador que está esperando ser descubierto: mi propio ritmo, esa forma única de hacer las cosas, de sentir, de actuar, y sobre todo, de estar en este mundo.

Todos y todas tenemos un ritmo casa, con el que hemos nacido, y descubrirlo hace que todo desde ahí todo se nos haga mas fácil. Por otro lado, tenemos la oportunidad de descubrir otros ritmos que necesitamos potenciar.

Encontrar mi propio ritmo en la vida ha sido un proceso de aceptación, de desaceleración, de aprender a escucharme.
Ese lugar de encuentro, para mí, ha sido con los 5 Ritmos, donde no solo he podido explorar mi cuerpo de una forma liberadora, sino también descubrir el ritmo de mi propia casa interior, sintiendo cada movimiento desde el interior y permitiéndome ser.

Los 5 Ritmos no son solo una práctica de danza, son una metáfora de la vida misma. A través de ellos, encuentro mi propio ritmo, mi ritmo casa, que no se mide en pasos perfectos, sino en la autenticidad con la que me permito ser.

CYCLE: HOME RHYTHMS, FINDING MY OWN RHYTHM

Hello beautiful Tribe,

In this new year that we are now beginning, there is nothing better than establishing ourselves well in our foundations, in our internal potentials, having them clear, to support ourselves in them and from there take the leap with a firm step to everything we want to manifest. From there I invite you to come and live with me this new proposal, the Cycle: “HOME RHYTHMS, FINDING MY OWN RHYTHM”.

Sometimes life seems like a whirlwind, a constant dance between what I want to be and what the world expects of me, a disorderly dance, an accelerated world, where the constant pressure to do more, be more and always be at the pace of others seems to be the norm.

Within this constant noise, there is something deep and liberating that is waiting to be discovered: my own rhythm, that unique way of doing things, of feeling, of acting, and above all, of being in this world.

We all have a home rhythm, with which we were born, and discovering it makes everything from there easier for us. On the other hand, we have the opportunity to discover other rhythms that we need to enhance.

Finding my own rhythm in life has been a process of acceptance, of slowing down, of learning to listen to myself.
That meeting place, for me, has been with the 5 Rhythms, where I have not only been able to explore my body in a liberating way, but also discover the rhythm of my own inner home, feeling each movement from within and allowing myself to be.

The 5 Rhythms are not just a dance practice, they are a metaphor for life itself. Through them, I find my own rhythm, my home rhythm, which is not measured in perfect steps, but in the authenticity with which I allow myself to be.
