Your Creative Identity & Managing Creative Burnout

Participants will use experiential art directives and supportive discussion to gain insight into their creative identity while developing strucctures that support increased creativity and space to prioritize creative enjoyment.
Our goal is to build a supportive space for the unique emotional needs of artists and creatives minds and to help people foster an authentic and personal connection to their artist identity.
This class is part of the workshop Art Therapy for Creatives that will be the following dates:
i. Monday May 8th - How to Approach Your Art Practice In a Therapeutic Way
ii. Monday May 22nd - Your Creative Identity and Managing Creative Burnout
iii. Monday June 5th - How to Manage the Critical Voice iv. Monday iv. June 26th - Group Share (In-person)
This virtual art therapy group will culminate with an in-person share. Participants are welcome to attend any or all sessions offered.
