📜EXPLORE the rich world of ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPTS.
Step into the world of medieval book art (1300–1500 AD).

These Christian books usually written in Latin with a Gothic lettering style, contained prayers, astrological signs, calendar of feast days and religious scenes.
They are decorated with symbolic motifs showing mainly FLOWERS, ANIMALS and GROTESQUES or HYBRID CREATURES.

✒️What we do
We’ll look at inspiring examples and SYMBOLISM of these treasures of the past.
I SHOW YOU HOW TO DRAW AND PAINT IN A MEDIEVAL STYLE.

You’ll create your own composition using WATERCOLORS, GOTHIC LETTERING with INK and using GOLDEN LEAF.

3 hours learning with me and solving your doubts.
Material: Watercolors, golden leaf, ink, quill, motifs from medieval manuscripts, pencil, paper, watercolor paper and eraser.

🍷What else is included? APPETIZER
Bread, cheese and grape must. Simple and good.
