What’s on the Menu?

We'll have grilled pork:

• Glazed tender pork ribs

• Smoked pork tenderloin

• Beer bbq pork knuckle

• Tuscan rosticciana

• Moink balls (pork balls wrapped in barbecued bacon)

• Knife tip sausage

• Grilled vegetables (stringy grilled potatoes, fried onions, red radish, turnip green tops)

• One refreshing drink included (Beer or Wine)

Cost?

Entrance fee is 25 euros per person for the whole Menu plus One drink: Beer or Wine. More drinks can be ordered, costs varies from 8 to 12 euros.
