- Location: Showa no Mori Tennis Courts (Omni courts), near Akishima Station
- Format: Training + Singles Tournament
- Fee: 12000¥ ( Inc taxes )
- Discounts : 1000¥ off for weekly students !
Advanced players are welcome but will not be eligible for tournament prizes.
### 🗓️ Schedule
- 8:45 AM – Check-in
- 9:00 – 11:00 AM – Training Sessions (Drills & Technique)
- 11:00 – 11:15 AM – Break
- 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM – Fun Games & Matchplay Practice
- 12:00 – 12:30 PM – Lunch Break
- 12:30 – 5:00 PM – Tournament (Singles & Doubles)
Players will have opportunities to rest and eat during match rotations while others are playing. Feel free to bring snacks, lunch, and plenty of water!

- Racquet, tennis shoes (non-marking), water, towel, snacks/lunch
- Sunscreen, cap/visor, and weather-appropriate clothing

#### Coach G
- Hitting Partner – Australian Open 2020
- Worked with ATP & WTA ranked players
- Former coach of an Australian U12 National Player
- Currently coaching an active ITF player

### 🏆 Tournament Format
- Afternoon tournament will include singles and doubles
- Short-set to ensure everyone plays multiple rounds
- Prizes for top performers and special awards for effort & sportsmanship
(Note: advanced players may participate but are not eligible for tournament prizes)
### 📸 Photography & Media
Photos may be taken for event promotion. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know at check-in.

### 🛡️ Event Policy
- Respectful behavior and good sportsmanship are required
- No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures (except medical cases)
- Weather-related changes will be communicated by 7:00 AM via Meetup group message
- Event fee must be paid in advance or on the day of the event, before the session begins.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will be charged 100% of the event fee.
- In the case of rain or unsafe weather, lessons will be rescheduled or refunded at no extra cost.
