GTA Hiking & Stuff

We will be hiking the beautiful trails of Oak Ridges at a moderate pace for 7kms/2hrs.

Winter Hiking Season Information:

Please note that as we get into winter hiking with snow and slippery trails, we consider proper Crampons to be mandatory.
The event host can ask you not to participate if you don't have proper footwear including Crampons. More Crampon Information.

Please join us for a hike at Greenwood North!

We will hike at a moderate pace for 8 kms in just under 2 hours hrs.

The trail weaves throughout the forest and returns along a river. There will be lots of twists and turns and ups and downs with exposed roots along an established mountain bike trail.

Please bring sturdy hiking boots, icers/crampons and 1L of water. Poles are helpful but not required.

Greenwood Conservation is a great spot for a hike. Just 20 minutes east of Toronto, this park offers you a chance to escape to nature along the banks of Duffin's Creek. Hiking trails allow you to explore the forest of the steep-sided river valley.
