Snowboarding Friday

2 seats left available for pickup from Sheppard Station, Yorkdale station or Vaughan Metropolitan.

Plan on leaving the city around 7:00 am to arrive at the hills at approx 9am. Wrapping up usually around 4:30 pm. We usually stop afterwards for drinks and/or dinner.
Do not RSVP for this event from your phone otherwise the mandatory RSVP questions may not appear. Some phones/apps have glitches so your RSVP answers may not appear. If you do not answer ALL the RSVP questions or you do not have a face picture on your profile, your will be removed. If you answer the questions or add a face pic then you can add yourself back to attending. RSVP's will close 5 days before the event so I can arrange car pools and rides for everyone. Any RSVP changes AFTER the RSVP close will result in the member being suspended or removed from the group.

Members who want a ride should expect to have to get to a pick up location (usually a subway station or location along Hwy 400 or 401). Drivers who live outside of the city must be willing to go to a subway station if required if they want passengers.

All passengers will pay for gas share $25 each and everyone is responsible for their own lift ticket + $3 meetup fee.
Add yourself to the waiting list and Etransfer to withgr8passion@yahoo.ca. Payment must be made in advance to confirm your spot. $28 for passengers and $3 for drivers.
Once payment is received you will be moved to attending.
RSVP changes 5 days or more before the event will receive a credit for the gas share portion for a future event. RSVP changes less than 5 days before will be nonrefundable unless the seat is taken by another member.

Car pooling will be arranged. Please indicate if you can drive or if you need a ride by answering the RSVP questions. If you do not indicate that you need a ride, I will not know to arrange one for you. Rides will be allocated based on your response order so those that confirm attendance and indicate they need a ride first will be allocated space first

Answers to the questions are required for me to organize carpooling. This is mandatory.

You must answer yes or no to dinner. Requests not to stay for dinner will be accommodated only if there are drivers leaving early. If you can't stay late then you should contact me to confirm first otherwise, you may have to stay if your driver is staying. If a driver does not want to stay for dinner, they will not be assigned passengers unless there are passengers who do not want to stay.
