New year's eve pot luck party!

Dress code:
Smart casual with something shiny for the New Year!

Timeline:
3:00 - 6:30pm: Afternoon tea, snacks & board games
6:30 - 8:30pm: Pot luck dinner
9:00 - 11:00pm: After party drinking games ;)
11:00 - 12:00am: New years count down happy hour!

Participation fee:
10 / adult,
5 / extra family member,
Free below 12 years old.

Description:
It's ok to come and leave anytime. Some drinks and snacks will be provided from 3:00pm until 9:00pm. Everyone is expected to bring a small dish for the pot luck dinner party. The amount does not need to be a lot. Ideally something home made but take out is fine as well. From 9:00pm we'll start the after party drinking party. Feel free to bring your own booze but there will be stuff we can share as well.

This event will be held together with my other meetup group call backyard venture, which is a hiking and outdoor adventure group. There will be 2 dinning tables. 6 members from this group can have a private table to talk about stocks and stock market related topic but it's ok to be part of any table you wish. Point is just to have fun together over the holidays and there will be lots of opportunity in the stock market in the coming new year.

RSVP no show or late cancelation within 24hrs of start time will be charged 20 / person and save you a take out container portion of food that can be pickup later. If you have any allergies or anything you don't eat, please let the host know in advance.
