I. Agenda, Introductions & Challenges Forum (6:45 PM)

A. Mix & Mingle (6:45 - 7:00 PM)
Time to get coffee or water, settle in and complete the Challenges Forum signup form before the GTD NYC Meetup begins. Please arrive in enough time so we can start on time!

B. Introductions - (begins no later than 7:05 PM)
Each member will introduce yourself briefly, telling us what you do professionally, your GTD experience, and a recent success with your productivity implementation and/or life.

II. "Using the 'Impact Journal' to Succeed" with Augusto Pinaud (~7:30 - 8:30 PM)

Augusto Pinaud will be discussing the productivity journal format, the Impact Journal, he devised from his years of GTD and related personal productivity experience.

During his talk, Augusto will cover using the Impact Journal to keep yourself on track regarding the higher Horizons of Focus (Horizon 3 and above).

Most people struggle to keep their attention on the higher horizons of focus--so they remain hugging the tree instead of looking at the forest--and the Impact Journal is a tool designed to help you keep yourself on target with your higher-level goals. In so doing, this helps you keep moving where you want to go, and not where the latest and loudest is leading you.
