Hiking time! - Speidelweg (KO2)

Hello Good Timers,
The weather next weekend looks great for a nice hike near Stuttgart. The trail offers beautiful views, and if we're lucky, we can finish our tour with a drink at a lovely beer garden along the way (depending on the time, our mood, and whether there’s space available for us).
Please wear proper and comfortable shoes. Make sure to bring enough water and some snacks for a break with a nice view along the way.
Our meeting point is Waiblingen Bahnhof, in front of the Lotto store, at 10:40 AM. From there, we will take a bus to Korb (a 16-minute ride from Waiblingen) and start our tour. Please make sure to be on time, as the buses run only every half an hour.
The hike will be approximately 8.39 km, with 210 meters up and down.
The trail itself takes 2.5 hours. But including breaks to enjoy the view and the extra time needed to get from Waiblingen to Korb and from the bus station in Korb to the start of the trail, we’ll probably need around 4.5 hours in total. So be sure to have enough time to enjoy the hike.

- Hiking will be cancelled in case of rain.
- Expect some muddy spots and uphills that could be challenging.
- We have a WhatsApp group for event updates and private plans.

- Participants are requested to inform the organizer/host if they do not wish to be included in a group photo that will be published in our groups.
