hey everyone, my name is Matthew and I am looking for individuals of all ages and fitness backgrounds to join me for outdoor workouts focusing on conditioning, agility, strength, mobility, etc. i did play football so some workouts include bod movements i learned when playing. i love to chat around so please don’t think this is purely about grueling fitness lol. tbh is all about reaching our desire body goals while having interactive conversations!
