What we’re about

This is a space for us to be able to recognise and release the emotional heaviness that we feel.

The group is guided through a process that allows us to embrace and in doing so release any feeling.

The process is a mixture of different modalities primarily The Sedona Method and Mindfullness.

Often people report leaving these sessions feeling lighter and happier.

That is what happens when we open our arms to what we are feeling but sometimes that is easier said than done. Which is where this space comes in. These events make it easier to look within and compassionately welcome the parts of us that we habitually have judged, rejected, and punished ourselves for feeling.

We all deserve to feel loved and cared for and we all have the capacity to care for our feelings, embrace ourselves, and open to all that life has to offer.

Join us on the 1st Tuesday of the Month at 6pm for monthly free events.

Both experienced meditators and people that have no interest in meditating or have found it challenging will probably find these events quite enjoyable and healing.
