What we’re about

Learning to find the small still voice within to reduce stress, fatigue, overwhelm and anxiety. You will be guided by my voice and music around a particular theme for each session.

Please put a sign on the door that says do not disturb for one hour, find a super comfortable place, bring a blanket, eye cover, and journal then sit back and relax. The goal is comfort and ease.

The session includes time to write down anything that has come up for you during the experiment as a visual guide to assist you in taking the next step towards clarity in your life.
