Bio: Jamie has over a decade of experience working with clients in various healthcare settings. Throughout her life, during times of increased stress, anxiety, and uncertainty, she turned to yoga and meditation as an outlet. This spiritual practice became an integral part of her life and led her down a path of true self discovery through Astrology. She is an eternal student and has completed certifications in Wellness Coaching, Yoga Teacher Training, and Soul Astrology. Jamie has always been drawn to the healing professions and began a holistic wellness practice centered on Spiritual Wellness and Astrology in 2023 called Vital Frequencies. She offers in depth 1:1 Natal Chart readings and will soon be expanding her practice to take on Astrology coaching clients.
