Feeling scattered, drained or out of sync?
This 90-minute workshop invites you to return to the breath as a powerful tool for presence and balance. Together we'll build awareness and intention with the breath, explore a variety of pranayama (yogic breathing)
practices, and experience guided breath work to help calm the mind and restore ease in the body.
No experience needed, just a willingness to pause, breathe, and be.
Fee: $30

Tanner is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, as well as a Yoga Therapist in-training and Holistic Wellness practitioner passionate about helping others connect with their bodies, breath and inner calm.
