The hips carry so much of our daily tension- from long hours of sitting to the stress we unconsciously store in this powerful part of the body.
In this 90-minute workshop, we'll focus on gently unwinding the hips through slow, intentional movement, supported postures, and mindful creating. These processes work deeply into the connective tissues, helping to release restriction, restore mobility, and create a sense of balance throughout the body.
No experience is needed--Just come as you are and give your hips the care they deserve.
