Come rest, restore, and return to your calm center.
Take a break from the busyness and give yourself the gift of
deep rest. In this calming 90-minute workshop, we’ll move
through gentle, supported poses (no experience needed!) and
finish with a relaxing guided meditation called yoga nidra. It’s
the perfect way to slow down, reset your nervous system, and
feel more grounded heading into Spring.
