Guided Meditation with Leyla

We will be joining at 18:30 on Thursday evenings on Skype or in person and begin a guided meditation for 30 minutes. The focus is mainly on the breath and the body to bring you deeper into the present moment. This helps regulate your nervous system allowing you to better manage your emotions and your experience of life in general.
