Come experience a very easy guided meditation to center yourself. The session starts off with a simple Chakra Balance and then goes into a 10-15 minute guided meditation to help you focus within a fictional place where you can open up and release all tension to sooth your mind and body. Bring some light massage oil if you want to participate in the self-massage after the meditation to work out any remaining stress. No recorded sessions and you are welcome to stay off cam after our initial opening greeting. Come enjoy a very laid back environment and let your mind go! FREE to all. :-) Event will be closed to anyone after starting to avoid zoom bombing.
