Find a comfortable place to ground yourself and be guided for a 15-20 minute meditation. We will start out with a Chakra Balancing and then go through a meditation to help heal the soul. After that, if you like to participate, we will do a 10 minute or so self-massage to relax some areas of the body that hold stress. No recoring of meeting and you do not have to be on cam except for the opening intro. Relax and unwind! Link to be sent out to attendees. Thanks!!!
