Led by a certified life coach, Marine Corps veteran, father of four, and open-heart surgery survivor, this group is for anyone looking to manage stress, boost clarity, and grow through intentional reflection. Whether you’re working from home or tuning in on your lunch break, this is your space to reset and reconnect.
Each session includes:
• A short gratitude practice to ground you
• A calming guided meditation to clear your mind
• Prompted journaling to spark reflection and self-discovery
No experience necessary. Just bring a journal (or digital notes), an open heart, and 45 minutes to invest in you.
