This group offers guided meditation sessions that combine various science-backed techniques such as body awareness, breath regulation, and focused attention. Each session is designed to support mental clarity, emotional balance, and stress reduction, without spiritual language or belief systems.
All sessions are led by me- university-certified mental trainer and long-time practitioner with over 10 years of personal experience using these tools. My approach is grounded in scientific research and proven through personal practice, where I’ve seen clear, lasting benefits on both mental and physical well-being.
