This is a free session, ideal for anyone curious about meditation but looking for a clear, practical, and non-spiritual approach. You’ll be guided through a calm, structured experience using a blend of evidence-based techniques, such as body awareness and mental focus.
In this session, we will also use health-boost-oriented suggestions that have been shown to have a positive impact on physical well-being parameters, such as cortisol reduction and improved stress-coping mechanisms.

I’m a university-certified mental trainer and certified guided meditation teacher, currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Psychology. With over 10 years of personal practice, I’ve experienced firsthand how these tools can significantly improve both mental and physical well-being.

Online via Zoom — the link will be shared by email after RSVP (30 minutes before the start). We start on time, to provide participants with the best conditions for practice, late arrivals will not be admitted to the Zoom room and microphones will be muted.
