Those who work remotely know how challenging it can be to stay focused when needed and to mentally switch off when it’s time to pause.
You are welcome to join 20-minute lunch break breath awareness practice, quiet, guided, and easy to follow. We simply observe the natural breath to help reset the mind and return to the day with more focus.
No experience needed. You can join seated or lying down.
Cameras optional, microphones muted.
