We start with a gentle stretch and breath work. We sit and clear our minds. Yoga Nidra is a gentle YinYoga that relaxes you for meditation and sleep. Breathwork brings the natural Melatonin, Endomorphins, Serotonin, and peace . This clears the mind and allows the body to relax. Crystal bowls vibrate the room while individuals are treated to a personal Tibetan sound therapy put directly on the body. This is transformative. Speeding up the oxygen and healing in every cell of the body. Donations accepted. Requests usually come forth with $10. per session. This is held inside at a Yoga studio with trips to the grassy park or beach.
