
About us
The whole world is a single flower. Just as land, water, fire, and air sustain all beings, so too are we sustained by one another. At Oneness Meditation Temple, we believe that beyond differences of culture, language, or belief, we are the same ONE.
Founded as a U.S. non‑profit, our mission is to cultivate mindfulness, reflection, and ethical living through simple yet profound practices. Since 2019, we have hosted weekly meditation and study sessions in Korea. Today, our vision expands worldwide with two programs:
Sunday Meditation & Circle Talk (Zoom): A weekly hour of sitting meditation and shared reflection, offering depth and community.
Ten at Ten Meditation Together (TTTogether): A daily 10‑minute meditation at 10 PM, uniting people across time zones in collective stillness.
Soon, our Colors of Mind app will help participants reflect on their daily actions by “coloring” them—creating a lifelong record of virtue and choice, guiding us toward living well.
Together, these programs embody our guiding principle: Pause. Reflect. Live Oneness.
