### Welcome to Ten at Ten Together

We gather each evening at 10PM to share ten minutes of quiet presence. This is not about learning techniques or mastering meditation—it is simply about sitting together in stillness. By showing up, you join a circle of people across time and space, united in silence.
Think of this as a gentle doorway:

  • Arrive a few minutes early and settle into the waiting room.
  • When the meditation room opens at 10PM, simply sit.
  • No instructions, no effort—just ten minutes of being.

After seven days of continuous sitting, you’ll be invited to deepen your practice in the second stage, meeting at 9:30PM in the same Zoom space. This progression honors the rhythm of showing up, day after day, with patience and openness.
