Directions
to meditation spot inside Paul Ream Wilderness Park at 1600 500 N, Provo, UT 84601:
0-Watch 1 minute video of me walking to the spot or:
1-Cross the bridge from the parking lot.
2-Head to the right (east) after you cross bridge and head toward bushes/trees along fence.
3-Find path (halfway between large pavilion and river on north side) and walk through the fence.
Alternate meeting place
If there is rain, someone can't physically get to it, or the space is occupied we will meet at the west end of the park at the pavilion closest to the Provo river west of the duck pond.
As winter approaches we'll transition inside. And return to the trees as soon as weather permits.
