Decades ago, Edgar Cayce, “The Sleeping Prophet” said sound would be the medicine of the future. And here we are, in Cayce’s “future” using sound to heal and balance on the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual levels.

Everything in the universe is in a state of vibration. This includes the human body. Every organ, bone, tissue, and any other part of the body has a healthy resonant frequency. When that frequency alters, either by emotional trauma or programming, undealt with emotions, limiting beliefs, nutritional imbalances, toxins, injuries, or external frequencies like cell towers etc., that part of the body vibrates out of harmony and eventually the imbalances create illness and disease.

About Suzette Faith Foster. Owner of Choose 2 Thrive, she is an author, holistic healing facilitator, transformational coach, and inter-faith minister. She empowers and supports others to move through life or health challenges and return to wellness. Addressing the root cause of health issues and re-balancing the body’s energy field has allowed clients to avoid scheduled surgery, get off medicines, heal their pain, cancer, and addiction. Emotionally, they reduce stress, improve how they react to chaos, and shift old programming to bring them more inner peace.

She was left quadriplegic; her doctor expected her never to walk again. Undeterred, she engaged her beliefs and her energetic and spiritual skills; she focused only on wholeness. Again, unexplained by Western medicine, she was very slowly walking eighteen hours after surgery. Within months, she was fully functioning and continues to live life and share with others these empowering and life enhancing perspectives.
