Win the Knight Errant



EVENT OBJECTIVE

Players will take turns in a 1-on-1 battle against a Knight Errant.
The goal is to destroy the Knight as quickly as possible.
• Each player plays a single 3-round game
• The Knight is fully reset for each player
• Grand Prize: The Knight Errant model



BATTLEFIELD & SETUP
• Battlefield Size: 30” × 44”
• Scenario: Only War (Warhammer 40K 10th Edition Core Rules)
• Terrain: Open battlefield with minimal cover
• Deployment:
• Knight is deployed dead center, as close to its deployment line as possible
• Non-Knight player always goes first



ARMY & MODEL RESTRICTIONS
• Players may field any number of models
• Players may include ONLY ONE model with the:
• Vehicle
• Walker
• Monster
keyword
• All models must:
• Come from the player’s own codex
• Be non-Legends datasheets
• Point cost is ignored (bring what you want within the restrictions)



RULES MODIFIERS
• No Command Points are generated
• No Detachment rules
•. No Army rules
• No Enhancements
• Each player gets one free Command Re-Roll per game



PAINTING REQUIREMENT
• Models must be Battle-Ready
• Minimum 3 different paint colors
• Basing optional



GAME LENGTH
• 3 Battle Rounds maximum
• Game ends immediately if the Knight is destroyed



VICTORY CONDITIONS

  1. Destroy the Knight → Immediate win
  2. If no one destroys the Knight:
    • Winner is the player who dealt the most total damage
  3. If multiple players destroy the Knight on the same turn:
    • Compare damage taken from the Knight
    • Whether the Knight killed the player’s models
  4. 2nd and 3rd place determined using the same criteria
  5. Remaining ties resolved via sudden-death playoff round



PRIZES
• 1st Place: Knight Errant (free)
• 2nd Place: Store credit (based on turnout)
• 3rd Place: Store credit (based on turnout)
