Yoga in the Park

Hey hey! For those of you who don’t know me yet – I’m Tanya. I’ve been practicing yoga for around 6 years now, and I’m all about that lovely combo of mindful movement, a calmer mind, and the occasional upside-down moment 🤸🏼‍♀️

This time around, I’m inviting you to join me for a chilled outdoor yoga class in Stoke Park, Guildford – a relaxed session aimed at complete beginners, with a bit of optional flow added in for anyone wanting a little more. After class, we’ll head back toward town for a casual coffee at Ole & Steen – totally optional!

What to expect:
1-hour yoga session in the park - I’ll guide you through some gentle breathwork and a mindful warm-up, followed by a sequence of basic yoga postures. I’ll explain and demonstrate everything step by step, so if this is your very first class - you’ll be absolutely fine.

There will also be a short flow that might feel a bit more dynamic for those who’ve done some yoga before - but it’s completely optional and you’re welcome to just stay in your comfort zone. This is all about moving how it feels good for you.

After the practice, anyone who fancies can walk with me into town and grab a coffee at Ole & Steen. A little post-yoga caffeine catch-up :)

What to bring:
• A yoga mat (or towel/blanket if you don’t have one)
• Water
• Comfy clothes you can move in
