This is a 7 night holiday, based in around Val de Gardena – the beating heart of the Alta Badia. You will experience the majesty of the world’s most beautiful mountains and the alpine charm they tower over – in an enchanting valley of fabulous scenery. The access to walking from Gardena is unrivalled and presents a wonderful base for walking from the door.

Wake up to watch sunrise over the mountains with empty trails all around as you embark on another voyage of mountain discovery.

Alta Via I (AVI) is the most famous of the bunch. It is one of the most scenic multi-day routes, there are plenty of accessible routes for hikers looking to dip their toe into big mountains

The Dolomites are the birthplace of via ferratas—iron cables and ladders helping you to cross some of the steepest and most impressive crags in the region.

Today, the Dolomites are a border region of three distinct cultures peacefully cohabiting: Tyrolean German, Italian, and Ladins—a minority group whose language is native to this remote area.

This week long hiking trip will have something for ever one .

Staying in rented chalet accommodation or hotel accommodation depending on numbers , we will leave each day , for varied walking routes.

Cost £625 with balance paid by 12th April. 2026 .

If Full balance not paid the coordinator refers the right to remove the participant and put them on waiting List until paid for , their place becomes open to any full paying participant -

The cost of £625 includes contributions towards organiser costs.
couples may wish to share double room , in which case they can do so for costs of room at £625.

If participant is unable to attend once full payment made , refunds can only be given if place sold to another other

Each participant will responsible for their own insurance to cover mountain winter sports- strongly suggest appropriate insurance is taken to cover cancellation of Holiday due to illness .

Hire cars , and the cost of this is split between the group , extra insurance will be taken out to cover all excesses no matter driver fault or not for full protection . this will be split evenly between the group
