FLAT CHICHESTER HARBOUR 10 MILE CIRCULAR

We will meet at Bosham Public car park at 12Pm , which can be found at Bottom of Bosham Village on the left , just before the water . from here we will take harbour path in the Direction of fishbourne , crossing fields with views of the Bosham Estuary on our left and views of the south Downs in front , and the spire of Chichetser Cathedral on the sky Line .

This is a walk where we will expereince all the harbour can offer , wild life , boats , marinas , ancient Forest , sea Breeze , views of isle white .

We will stop at Del quay where we can eat our packed lunches , and if high tide , we will might be lucky to see old Dutch sailing Barges.

From here we continue along the path through Chichester Marina ,a working marina , and cross the tidal lock , which is always pleasant stop to view the various craft coming through the locks , and wild life on the mud flats. Here we can stop for coffee if the group wish , as there is very pleasant cafe that over looks the Marinia.

We will then continue the walk and finally reach Itchnor , where will take our very own ferry ride , across the harbour and enjoy the views of the Estuary. This costs £2.50 , for our return walk to Bosham along sea shore
