Meeting in Alfriston , we walk along the river to Cuckmere Haven which is mainly flat , in the direction of Birling Gap, Where we can stop for Drink at Path , from here we will take the path up to Hill on opposite valley get view of the Seven sisters , and take our packed Lunches .
We then take circular route back up and over the white horse , returning back to Alfiston . total distance 12 miles - very pleasant way to spend Sunday , mainly flat walk , with some Hills , walking pace 2.5 miles Hour , with many breaks
well behaved Dogs and guests welcome , though please bare in mind some cows will be present in fields some of time .
