Want to learn to play the guitar?

Come to the weekly Beginner Guitar Lessons meetup, bring your guitar and strum away to some beginner songs!

It's a perfect way to meet music minded people and actually become a decent guitar player.

While you learn your favourite Pop and Rock tunes, soon you'll be ready to play all basic open chords, bar chords, power chords and how to sing while you play guitar (and how to accompany a vocalist).

All lesson material is provided on paper.

Every week we'll start a new song from scratch, so new players are welcome to join us at any moment.

The lessons are held by Tim Elsinga from the Netherlands:

"I have been studying guitar for 24 years and have had the privilege of learning from excellent teachers, including instructors from the Conservatorium of Amsterdam.
In addition, I have extensive experience as a guitar teacher, singer-songwriter and
performer. I've been living in Lisbon for more than 3 years. My goal is to make a living from music by teaching guitar/vocals/songwriting and by writing and producing my own songs."

This meetup is for free. Donations are ofcourse welcome.
