Music Jam - January 12th *Special Folk Music Night*

Folk Music Group Jam at North Park Lions Club Monday January 12th from 7:00pm to 9:00pm
**No Amps, just Acoustic Only**

We are focusing on folk music at this event so most of the hits will be iconic folk hits from the past that everyone knows and loves.

**there will be a separate chair for singing and you can also plug into the amp with your instrument if you want. But we ask once your done signing a song, that you go back to your chair so others have a chance to sing the next song**

Whether you play an instrument, enjoy singing, or simply love great music, you’re invited to join in. The words and chords for each song will be projected on a big screen, making it easy for everyone to play and sing along together.

To keep things fun, we’ll sprinkle in some light music trivia about the songs and artists along the way. Percussion instruments are welcome too—and we’ll have a few on hand to share if you’d like to jump in.

Come celebrate music, connect with fellow music lovers, and maybe even learn something new about your favorite tunes. You’re also welcome to lead a song if you’d like.

P.S. If you lead a song, please be able to play it on guitar and sing it on the microphone.
Location: 3927 Utah St, San Diego
(There are several parking spots at the venue. Additional street parking is available on Utah St or across University Ave near Friends of Jefferson Elementary School.)
