Hey Jammers,
Here is the line up for our next 2 Jams, Saturday, Aug 9th 4-6pm and Friday, August 22nd, 4-6pm.
Wanna get more Blues into our Blues Plus Jam?????
In these next upcoming jam sessions, we will play 12 bar blues jams in both A and in E.
The great thing about these kinds of jams is that we can all play together at our own skill level.
We will also have a "show and tell" time (for all who are willing) to demonstrate the latest blues skills they have been practicing so we can all benefit from each other's knowledge and practice!
A word to our more experienced Blues players....Please let this be your ENGRAVED INVITATION to step up and lead, share, or contribute from your experience what you feel may be helpful to the group. That way, "us beginners" can expand our skill and be a better backup for the intermediate and advanced players.
That was the original intention of this group...... Shall we see what we can do?
There are 2 basic forms for Blues (note that in the quick change only the second chord in the first line is different):
