On the First Friday of every month Rue Magnolia St. & Water Street in Downtown Biloxi come alive with festivities for everyone. First Friday and Downtown Block Party at the District Green from 5-9 p.m., 785 Howard Ave. Event features live entertainment, vendors, games with prizes, local food trucks, and beverages! Free admission.
