Welcome to Gulf Coast Humanists! We are an official chapter of the American Humanist Association.
We are a non-religious, progressive group of diverse individuals who value free thinking, community, cooperation, and collaboration. Our meetups are family-friendly and focus on promoting equality, resisting bad politics, supporting local activism, and advocating for social justice. We engage in discussions on humanitarian, social, and political issues, emphasizing secular humanism and outreach to nonprofit organizations. Join us for meaningful conversations and opportunities to make a positive impact in our society. Let's work together to create a more inclusive and compassionate community along the Gulf Coast.

Join is for a very special October meeting and potluck! We will hear from guest speaker Bobby Hudson of Mississippi Votes. They will also be bringing their Youth Organizer, so please bring your teens!
This is a potluck, but our hostesses are generously providing both of the mains: a nacho bar and chicken & sausage gumbo! Contributing to the potluck is not required to attend or to eat, but if you wish to bring dessert, appetizers, drinks, paper products, etc., they are greatly appreciated and you can sign up here.
