In my time at Salesloft, we’ve scaled a mission-critical business app from 30 engineers and 10,000 users to 150 engineers and 100,000 users. And we’re not slowing down. This process wasn’t easy and there aren’t many resources that talk about this stage of growth. But that’s what this talk is for! I’ve learned many important lessons along the way of what to do (and not to do) when scaling a frontend application and I can’t wait to share them with you. Together, we’ll walk through the technical, people, and organizational changes we made to successfully scale our application to this exciting new stage.
